General questions
No. Login is used to enter a system with a password. And a nickname is used for chatting with other users and leaving feedbacks. At your desire, your login and nickname may both coincide and differ from each other.
- A personal greeting — it is displayed every time when entering your private account. It is also used as a counteraction to fishing.
- IP restriction — in case of activation of this functionality, the access to your account will be allowed only from certain IP addresses.
These methods may be installed both separately and simultaneously. We recommend activating not less than two methods of transaction confirmation to eliminate difficulties when loosing access to some of them.
- SMS confirmation — is one-time passwords coming to you via SMS.
- Certificate — is a unique file in *.pem format, may be used together with a password to it.
- A table of one-time passwords — is a table in PDF format with one-time codes. (It is recommended to store it in a hard copy version and then delete the file from a digital media.)
- Payment PIN-code — is a reusable payment password.
If you have activated more than one payment confirmation method and saved access to any of them, you may edit the required data with it. Otherwise, please contact Support Service.
As a rule, this problem is temporary and concerned with difficulties of mobile communication providers. Make sure that the number specified in settings is working and messages from other subscribers are successfully received.
If more than an hour has passed since the problem or your payment requires an urgent execution, please contact Support Service.
Verification of accounts
A business account is created for a company. It enables to make mass payments through the API.
- Internal passport (spread copies with photo and registration for citizens of Ukraine – the copies of the first three pages).
- Foreign passport (a spread copy with photo).
- ID card (copies of the both sides).
- Driver license (copies of the both sides).
- Invoice for payment for utilities services (water, electricity, gas, internet, cable TV).
- Bank statement (a document must contain the name and address of an account holder).
- Rental agreement or registration card.
- Company’s charter documents and bank details account.
- Documents confirming beneficiary’s identity (similarly to “Verified user”).
- Color copies in resolution not less than 300 dpi with readable and well distinguished text and photos are accepted.
- Permitted file formats are: jpeg, jpg, png, pdf.
- The maximum file size is 5MB.
- A document confirming the residential address must be issued no more than 3 months before and contains a stamp/bar code or QR code of the authorized body, as well as your full name and address.
- The validity period of the document proving the identity must expire not earlier than in 6 months.
Deposit funds to Capitalist
Yes. For this purpose it is required to agree beforehand with the Support Service an amount and sender (service, affiliate program, etc.), and confirm a source with a screenshot.
To get payments to your Capitalist account it is required to specify our details and a payment purpose including your account number in the Capitalist system in your payment request. Details and required payments purposes are in “Deposit” section.
Crediting of all incoming payments to your account is affected automatically. Should you fail to specify your account number in a payment purpose, a payment is credited manually in accordance with the Support Service hours of operation.
Probably, your payment purpose does not contain your Capitalist account details for automatic crediting. Apply to the Support Service having specified sender details and payment amount as well as your account number in Capitalist.
Support Service working hours and contact information
Up-to-date contact data, as well as a sending request form via internal message system are specified in a relevant section of the site.
Depending on time you are calling, you may use the following communication channels with our Support Service:
- Working days from 10 am to 7 pm in MSK – all the available contacts.
- Working days from 7 pm to 12 pm in MSK – internal message system and feedback form.
- Weekends and holidays from 11 am to 7 pm in MSK - internal message system and feedback form.
Transaction statuses, limits and commissions
- Executed — the payment was successfully processed, a relevant response from counterparty was received.
- Canceled — the payment was canceled, the reason for cancellation is indicated in transaction details.
- In process — payment is under execution. In this case you should wait a few minutes.
The majority of transactions are executed immediately and automatically. If delay is too long, apply to Support Service for details.
Capitalist service charges commission additionally from the payment amount.
For example, if a transfer is 1000 rubles, it will be debited from your account 1000 rubles + commission. Please consider it when calculating the transfer amount.
There are certain limits in a few directions for funds withdrawing in Capitalist service. You may find relevant information in the page of transaction processing. If limits are not specified, it means there are no restrictions applied by Capitalist service in this direction.
